Terms of service
Last checked 30 August 2026
These terms cover using Provyn. They are written to be read, so they are shorter and plainer than most. Where something is a real limit on what you can expect from us, it says so rather than hiding in a long sentence.
1. What Provyn is
Software for real estate brokerages: a record of your contacts, listings and deals, tools for talking to clients across phone, WhatsApp and email, and an AI assistant that helps with those conversations. We provide the software. Your brokerage runs its own business on it.
2. Your account
One account belongs to one brokerage. The person who signs up is the owner and controls who else gets in and what they can do. You are responsible for the people you let in and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us quickly if you think someone has access who should not.
3. The AI can be wrong
Provyn drafts messages, speaks on calls, and suggests what to say while a conversation is happening. It is useful and it is not infallible. It can state something confidently that is not true, including about a price, a fee, a service charge or a handover date.
Anything sent to a client is your brokerage’s statement, not ours. Check figures and commitments before they go out. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial or investment advice, and do not pass it to a client as though it were.
4. Compliance is yours
This is the most important clause here. Provyn produces AML and RERA checklists, stores due diligence documents, and records who signed off on what and when. Those are tools for doing compliance work and keeping evidence of it.
They do not make Provyn your compliance officer and they do not discharge any obligation you have to RERA, the Dubai Land Department, your AML supervisor or anyone else. Your brokerage remains the regulated party. A green tick in Provyn means a person at your firm said something was done. It is not us certifying that it was.
5. How you may contact people
Provyn makes reaching a lot of people easy, which makes it easy to break the rules about doing so. When you use it you agree that:
- You have a lawful basis for contacting everyone you load into it, and you did not obtain their details by scraping a portal or buying a list you cannot account for.
- You respect UAE rules on unsolicited contact, including permitted calling hours, and you stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
- You do not use Provyn to mislead anyone about who they are speaking to, about a property, or about a price.
- You do not use it to break the terms of the services it connects to, such as WhatsApp.
We can suspend an account being used this way, and we will tell you why.
6. Your data stays yours
Your contacts, listings, deals and conversations belong to your brokerage. We hold them to run the service for you and do not sell them or use them to build a product for anyone else. An owner or admin can download the whole account at any time, in a readable format, without asking us. What we do with personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
7. Paying
Where a plan is paid, it bills monthly in advance through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel yourself from the billing screen, and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to you. Free and beta accounts are free, and we may change or end a free plan with reasonable notice.
8. What we do not promise
Provyn is early software. We do not promise it will be available at any particular level, that it will never lose a message, or that a phone call will always connect. It depends on other companies’ services and when one of those is down, part of Provyn is down.
Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not make Provyn the only place a legal document exists.
9. If something goes wrong
Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem, and we are not liable for lost profit, a lost deal or a lost commission. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit.
10. Ending it
You can stop whenever you want. Export your data first, because after an account closes we remove what we are allowed to remove. Some compliance documents must be kept for five years under UAE anti-money-laundering rules even after you leave; the privacy notice explains which. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and other than in an emergency we will warn you first.
11. Changes, and which law applies
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai deal with any dispute.
